I love reading your tutorials and wanted to share a tip: Then I right-clicked and selected merge layers. This makes it easier to move them both around if needed without having to go back and forth between separate layers.
You can always link the seperate layers or group them into a folder to move them, but not merge them. (Explained here: http://tinyurl.com/ch4ap57) This way, if you ever need to make a change they're all clean and seperate, but since they're linked/grouped, you can just move them all :) I usually group my layers if I have too many, it makes it more flexible and tidy at the same time!
