The past week.
+awards night -- I received eight awards, which made me feel rather special.
+band festival -- a surprisingly fun day. If I am ever elected into any sort of office, I will rid the United States of buffets. Folks like me are taken advantage of by buffets and people who work at them. I paid seven dollars for a salad. A small one, I might add.
+senior project...is over. I had no idea that I was even stressed about it until I left the presentation and felt the need to skip downstairs and hug people.
+piano recital -- it actually went well. Of course I messed up, but I think the audience only noticed the really big one, when I like, stopped (but only for a few seconds; it wasn't that bad, really). After, people whom I do not know hugged me, and one woman even cried. That made me feel very good about myself as well. :)
Upcoming.
+art portfolio review -- it should be fine. I like art. That's all.
The last day of school is Friday, and I am getting less sad about it all the time, although I'm sure that the countdown before the bell will be at least a teensy bit emotional. But I'm not going anywhere, so it's cool.
Meredith, I'm going to your house now. Only not, but I will, like, next week or something. :)
