Excellent dream I had last night that I should really make into a real story.
The earth kind of knew they (alien-types)were near. I'm not sure if they had made themselves completely known yet. I was one of them. I knew a couple others who were like me, wanted to save this planet. We also were changed by this planet. I was at The Office with a large group of the coworkers, celebrating the engagement/marriage of pam/bella and jim/edward. It was something like glue your clothes together day but Michael kind of got it wrong. I was friends with pam/bella but was completely jealous because I knew things she had done behind jim/edward's back. I suddenly had to go to the reactor. I ran down the stairs dodging glops of glue as I realized Michael had also glued the bottom of his shoes. I realized I forgot my keys and somehow I was suddenly there. I knew something was wrong. I went around the concrete ballast to see the decaying corpses of one of mine with one from this planet. The jaws of the alien was in her skull. I knew her. I tried to pry his mouth off of her. I finally broke his jaw and the bones shattered away from her skull. There was nothing more I could do. I crept up into the reactor building and started looking at instruments. (it looked like a really nice kitchen with a lot of windows on one side) I heard some noise. I had figured there would be more but I wasn't being completely vigilant for some reason. I went outside and I saw him jump down from the top of the building and I was shocked (in the dream I had not completely realized I was one of them yet, I had forgotten for some reason) He had turned into almost liquid when he jumped down, black liquid elastic so he could land with less impact. I knew this one. He was one of us who were here to protect. (Right out of the new V series, It was the guy who was going to propose to his human girlfriend)
"It's time" or "They're coming" he said as he pointed up to the sky. We were suddenly up on top of the building (I think with a couple others) and I could see there wasn't a cloud in the sky except to the west where an Independence day like circular cloud was approaching slowly.
We ran. We needed help. I went back to the office and I told some of it all to them. Not about me of course. Everyone believed me and decided to fight and warn along with me. I had to go somewhere else real quick to get someone or something and as they were all hustling around in the office getting ready and their winter coats (as there was snow on the ground) I had the epiphany that oh right I'm one of them too and I leaped up the side of the building (kind of flailing my way towards the building as I might have really been one in my dream, my awake self doesn't know how to do this wonderful action) and jumped from building to building (I think) until I got to the right building. (I don't think I ever got anyone) As I was coming back I saw some of the office people on each building getting into position. I ended up back on our building with Pam/bella (she was Pam-looking here, with Bella's vampire eyes) Phyllis, Angela, and I think Kelly. It was all girls. Pam/bella looked at me suspiciously but I didn't say anything. The cloud was getting really close. Every one was on panicked guard. I decided to go down to the street. Pam/bella saw me slide down to the ground. I don't think she was surprised too much. I went into the shop who's glass was not there. I hid for a bit and waited to pounce. The tension was mounting but I knew what was coming (The next scene played for me in my head before it actually happened.) Then I heard cries from everywhere and I knew they were hear. I saw the green cloud filled with heads and body parts of the large amount of aliens as they poured over the building on the opposite corner and they poured down onto the street. I jumped out to the tip of the wave, I saw other shapes, stark white and gold, with halos and wings attacking them in the midst as well and I knew we had help (That's how the planet had changed us.) I hold my arms together and gather energy ( a la Constantine) and a gold half dome of light and throbbing sound is emitted instantly killing any of them that touches it. There were so many. I knew I was in the middle of them as they swarmed and I was sure I was going to die and I was wondering how I would know when I was dead. I got myself to focus, grinned and exuded more power. Then everything disappeared and on a large screen the credits started rolling with final fantasy type music playing. I hear myself and a couple others groan. "Man, why do they always do this? We never get to find out how it actually ends!" We all kind of trudge away.
I was going down an alleyway where I knew Bella (fully vampire kristen stewart bella) had a place and was most likely not going to be with Jim (it was just jim walking down the street here in a bit) I knew she was going to be with this other guy (I knew his name in the dream but I have no clue now) I knew what they were going to be doing as I had some photographs of it happening another time. As I came out onto the street towards her door I saw on the mossy brick a poster of Edward (robert pattinson) I grinned and stood staring at it for a bit waiting for Jim as I knew he would be walking this way. Then he arrived and we walked for a bit. I told him he wasn't going to like what I was about to tell him. He was devastated. We went into the apartment but they were not there, (maybe the shower, because of the towels) Edward (no sign of Jim now) walked up to her bed and sat on it (stood next to it?)looking devastated. He picked up the camera he had given her and I knew he was going to throw it through the plate glass window (her apartment was an old store) but he shook his head, and said "not this time, I won't do it this time" (I think dream Edward thought I had dreamed this before and he had actually broken the window last time) and tried sticking her camera into the pocket of a pajama top that was hanging on a clothes rack right by the bed. As he was struggling with that and putting in the string strap, Bella walks in with the other guy walking behind her. They are holding towels (they are fully dressed) and her hair was wet. She doesn't seem too uneasy even when I got a little catty and went up to her and said "you're done now bitch" or something to that effect. I was standing a little back from the group and watched as Edward and Bella start quietly arguing and Edward looks more and more sad. Flash to a little bit later, Bella nd I were sitting hanging out and talking about everything like best friends. Suddenly (back at the scene were Edward and Bella are arguing) we get a close up shot at the other guys sparkling face (to show that Bella had changed him I guess). He then started to peel a layer of flesh away to reveal an older ugly face. We all gasp and say "A Nos!" (as in Nosferatu for those non-vampire people) and I wake up.
I'm pretty sure I know where almost everything from this dream came from... I watch far too much television and the like. Watching the new V, The Office, Constantine, reading the old V books, mentioned Final Fantasy yesterday in Japanese class, totally excited to see the New Moon movie in a couple weeks, and I've played White Wolf's Vampire a long time ago. Not sure where the green mass came from, or the neat leaping, which was an awesome experience btw. It was a fantastic dream, I would want to watch that movie again HAHA
