I am loving them lenses!
So anyway, something big happened at home.
My dad occasionally works at our local turf club, and he came back with two huge wounds on his knee and thigh just a few days ago. I don't see him much so I only got to know about them today. He had a bad fall at work.
He was recounting on how it happened when they were loading the racehorses into the trucks. Somehow or other, one of them got away. I'm not sure if I got the story right, but I think the horse hit him when it was running away. He fell really hard to ground, and luckily for him, that horse didn't stay around to trample him.
Racehorses are massive. Should that horse has so little as stepped on any part of him, it would have been.. unimaginable.
I am going to the temple one of these days to make a quick prayer for his safety.
These things just doesn't cross my mind until they happen.
