this is a cancellation of my last blog. i can't go to chicago this weekend because i made a committment to the church praise band here a long time ago, and i guess they decided to pick music for the next month's worship services tomorrow night.

stupid praise team! they sound like shit anyway i don't know why i give them so much of my time.

i have to do it, i promised i'd be a part of the praise team, and that means picking music for church too.

I'm bemused at the fact a church organization chooses to have its organizational meetings on a Saturday night.

I reserve the right to declare this a silly church thing! The fact that it is called praise team is enough to earn my skepticism. I'm not trying to dissuade you from participating, I just happen to find the situation a bit ridiculous. I hope you have a chance to enjoy yourself in the future.

ok, 2 things about the timing. first, they decided to do saturday night based on the fact that next wednesday didn't work for a few people. second, we're meeting right after church lol because we all have to be there to sing anyway.
