odd things i have noticed
There is an undergraduate researcher from the Lauderdale lab who shares space with my lab. She attends all of our lab meetings and is taking a course that I am TAing this semester. For some reason she thinks my name is Liz even though I have been introduced to her several times.
For some reason most people assume I am younger than I am. I tried getting more mature looking glasses but people still say that I look young. One of our old lab members told me I was the youngest looking person in the lab (there are 4 people younger than me here). Some people think that I am still an undergrad and when I tell people I am 26 they are surprised. All except for Matthieu who relentlessly teases me for being at least 31, if not 36 and in denial.
Finally trying to gather input from 5 professors is much like trying to disprove the theory of gravity. It might be possible but good luck doing it.
