I can't believe this! Once again as if the past experiences were of no value, here we have a hurricane Joachim, TK Bremen a flag of convenience from Malta and Kerminihy a Brittany beach. And we have the result of deregulation, incompetence, no-coercitive laws when mother nature is concerned.

It seems that TK Bremen was safely anchored at An Oriant harbor when her captain decided to leave as Joachim winds began to blow :
