(no subject)
Today my child was absent from school so I got a new one. I haven't had to deal with an ADHD child before today. That was a long hour. Every 5-10 minutes I'd have to think of something new to do. He was really good though. He liked to talk to me. He also spaced out a whole bunch. All in all, it wasn't bad. But in my Monday class, the teacher gives them Frog and Toad books. UGH. I'm going to have to read every freaking one of them. They are not exciting. One of them screws up every story and then it's fixed in the end. The child kept putting the marker cap in his mouth. I thought he was going to choke and die. I said "it won't be fun if you swallow that." I don't think he cared. I'm never using the red marker again. Ew Ew Ew Ew.
I called Dell and apparently my laptop battery is broken and it's not under warranty so I have to buy a new one. But I don't think they guy understood my problem, since he couldn't understand me.
I'm kind of happy Justin left Zebrahead because their last album wasn't as impressive as their previous efforts. I just hope they find someone good. And then maybe VH1 can make a reality TV show about it, like they did for Velvet Revolver. Scotty was looking healthy at the Grammy's last night. The DevilSpawn beat Jesus. So, it's really true that John Mayer is going to burn in hell for all eternity.
I have work to do, that's why I'm updating. I already did my study guide for Soc today. That was a bitch. It was easy though. I think I should do well on the test. Then I have to write a paper for that class next week. That should be way easy too. I'm not getting anywhere with my book report for Global Politics though.
Ken gave me a bracelet for our anniversary. I'm a brat.
Matt gave Becca and I cupcakes today. That was nice.
