There are a few things I'm working on this morning (3 I can think of), and I'm doing all of them right so far! Yippee for me! Okay, it's only 9:36, but you don't know how bad I want to be bad. Here they are:
Eat, snack, generally input calories: I don't know why it took so long, but I'm finally *getting* the thing about quantity being the real deciding factor on losing weight, but I finally got it last night. I have had oats and a small glass of 1% milk so far today (my usual breakfast) and NOTHING ELSE. You don't know how big an accomplishment that is. I've been telling myself I'm being good because everything I'm eating is low-fat or low-calorie, but I've been eating TOO MUCH of it. Duh! So, I'm being good so far. I'm going to allow myself ONE snack at 10 and 3, but no longer will I eat a few little snacks here and there and say it's okay 'cause they're healthy. *sigh*
Stop the caffeine madness: I have not had a soda or a coffee since I made the revelation last week about my renewed caffeine addiction. And, I'm sticking with it. I have coffee easily accessible in the kitchen, but I'm not touching it.
Study, study, study some more: Doing good! I started working around 7:35 when Tom went to work and have only taken BRIEF breaks since then - walked the dog, journaled a LITTLE. I've gotten through 2 steps so far, and I'm on a roll. Yay!
