In my latest
entry on our goal-oriented community, Project You, I said that I want to start riding my new bike a little at a time to start being more active. Well, Tom and I have talked about how else I could feel good about what I do all day, and we came up with this easy-to-check-off list for each day:
Cristy's Daily Goals:
1. Wash ONE load of clothes
2. Wash ONE sinkful of dishes
3. Ride my bike at least ONCE
4. Finish ONE report for the med trans stuff
5. Work on ONE part of craft projects
6. Eat HEALTHY
And, today, so far I have done the following:
- almost done with a load of blankets
- ridden my bike (YAY!)
- finished a report I had started on and am starting a 2nd
- had tuna (made healthy way) w/low-fat wheat crackers, strawberries and blueberries for lunch
YAY! So, progress!
