farewell potter
Today was a very up and down day.
I went to the oral surgeon this morning to get more pain pills because of the mad headaches associated with the pulling of my wisdom teeth. I can't wait for this whole thing to clear up so I can smile again without it killing me and go out and do more things. Amanda also had a more serious appointment with her doctor this morning because of her heart. They now think she has an irregular heartbeat with some other mild complications. I guess its not that bad of news but its not great either. Its just another thing that we will have to watch out for in order to keep her healthy.
Amanda and I also went to IHOP and while we were on the way home we found out that one of her good friends from Wilmington died in a car accident early this morning. Holly was only 17. I never really knew her besides talking to her twice online, but she seemed like a pretty awesome girl. So we went to her house while she got up with the people she needed to get up with. She also told me some stories about how her and holly and the girls used to hang out back when she lived there. It was a really sad time but our bond was made stronger by that time together. I believe the service for her is on thursday so I may be off to Wilmington on that day.
Later on in the afternoon Amanda and Joey came over to my house. We sat around there for a little while before heading off to weiner works with Potter and Alex. Tonight was Potter's last night and he had never experienced WW, so we had to take him before he heads off on the long drive to Oklahoma State tomorrow morning. Potter is the man, you would be hard pressed to find a better man than him anywhere around. Truly a good guy and one of a kind. After we finished eating we rolled to Pops house to play some pool. Andrew came and joined us and Mike was already on hand. Good times. The light kept on going out and coming back on but we played through it. Mandy took some good pics too. Maybe one good enough for hoey to send to Rachel haha.
Anyway thats about all for tonight. Im really drained its been a long day.
