The parentals did a fabulous job in picking a house when they moved up to Canada. Their neighborhood is right across the street from a MALL.

*HALLELUJAH*

So my mom and I went there yesterday, and I got a couple shirts, pants, and a skirt....yep I said skirt. I was absolutely thrilled that I went into a clothing store that I thought was going to be mucho expensive, but it turned out to be a highly affordable place! That just made my day.
I also saw some kick ass tennis shoes and after some contemplation, I gave into temptation and went back today and got them. :-P So anyway, of course I'm in a good mood after a fun shopping trip.

I'm a sucker for ethnic food and I've decided that no other Middle Eastern-type place will ever be as good as La Shish (except for my dad of course!). Shawarma King is good, but not as good. My mom and I went to this local Mediterranean cuisine place like La Shish and it was horrible. I tried to assimilate my taste buds, but it just didn't work. There are certain foods that are just so different up here than in the states. It's weird. I never know what to expect anymore. lol

So my sewing just got out of hand. I was going to the store to get fabric like 3 times a week. So I'm on a temporary break from that. I've moved onto something equally as fun: Jewelry making!
My aunt got me a bead kit a couple years ago and I finally got that back out and turned my brain to creative mode and went to work.

I love the "Center Stage" soundtrack. It's fun.

I think I've decided that if acting doesn't work out, then I'll go into the following areas:
-sewing
-jewelry making
-food critiquing
