Centralization of education management, merging of mono-disciplinary institutions into multi-disciplinary instutitions, and more private/semi-public primary and secondary schools so that the education budget is used more efficiently, allowing for better equipped school buildings/classrooms and teacher training so that the entire system can finally get some quality going on which in turn will shoot out more qualified workers that will in turn better the economy that will in turn create an unstoppable Viet Nam???! I THINK SO.
Well, my paper isn't really about Viet Nam taking over the world. But it IS about finding a way for the failing education system to figure itself out. I've been wrestling with the focus and outcome of this paper for months, so this epiphany is the BEST THING EVER. .. Oh my God, but I still have to finish writing it.
