My New Years- By Matt Kerstetter
new years ever was rockin' to say the least.
it all started at noon on new years ever, i went over zacks and helped him set up for our "show" that evening. then karl came over and me karl and zack watch UPRIGHT CITIZENS BRIGADE (hilarious show) then micah came over and watched it too, mahony came over at like 2:30...asshony, watched more UCB. Then we practiced we sounded pretty sweet if you ask me.
then fist of jesus parcticed, it was the first time we practiced as a full band...we sounded mediocre
we watched dodgeball (hilarious movie)
then came time to play, FIST OF JESUS took the stage, amps a pumpin and guitars a blazing, and half shirts a revealing, boy did i look metal. We sounded good for only having one day to get the song together.
up next came FAR FROM LONDON, the set list was as follows, if i can remember
1. AMPHETAMINE(sp?)-Everclear
2. I Lost...- Us
3. Secinic Route- Us
4. crap i cant remember the order
we also played:

and finally

then we watched south park
then clerks
we also had food
then we went to sleep, rich set zacks alarm off at 7am (sounds fimilar)
woke up at 11
cleaned up
listened to songs we want to cover: Mr. Jones- Counting Crows
Wonderwall- Oasis
Just a Girl- No Doubt
