Hello again...

I don't really use my LJ very much anymore. I had stopped altogether. Then had it set so my WordPress blog would post to it. Then I changed my blog. Now, my LJ is just sitting here. I'm going to have to find a purpose for it because I don't want to delete it. It's one of those things that I've kept around for so long that I would be sad to see it go. It's rare that I keep something like this as long as I have, but I just can't part with it.

My earliest post on here is November 2004. Seems like a life time ago. I was in a different place then, physically (I was in Sexsmith, Alberta), emotionally and mentally (I went through a dark time when I was in high school). Since then I've moved twice with my parents (to Taber and Medicine Hat) and gone to three different colleges. I'm currently at my third college. I spent a year at Lethbridge College (1 semester of Multimedia and 1 semester of Computer Information Technology), in Lethbridge, Alberta followed by a semester at Peace River Bible Institute back in Sexsmith, Alberta. Now I am at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario. I've finally found something that I actually want to do for more than one semester. I'm taking Web Development. I love it!

The first semester has been fairly easy as far as the learning goes (I haven't learned much becuase I already know most of this stuff). But homework has taken up a lot of my personal time, because I am also working a part-time job at the same time. Next semester will probably be harder because we are covering topics that I don't know. So I will start learning again! Yay. But that learning may conflict with my job. So I guess we'll see how that goes.

Speaking of learning, I should probably go and get in the shower and whatnot. I have class in an hour and 20 minutes. I will figure out what I'm going to do with my LJ soon, if I can find the time! (Christmas break is less than a month away, maybe I'll have time then lol. OMG! I just realized Christmas day is a exactly one month away today!)
