Avengers 30 Day Meme - Day One
Day 1: Favorite Pre-Avengers Movie.
Iron Man was of course the first of the sort of current Marvel movieverse. Although the cartoon wasn't my favourite when I was a kid [I liked Spidey and X-Men most] I always loved the idea of Iron Man. A guy in a suit who doesn't have any real super powers. I felt like it meant anyone could be a hero. I also adore Tony. He's my favourite kind of character, the guy who is considered to be mostly a dick, but he really is a good guy. Robert Downey Jr and Jeff Bridges are two of my favourite actors and I loved how fun the film was. I liked all the varying relationships Tony has. Pepper and Tony are my Marvel OTP.
Thor is a very close second. For Hiddles stealing the show and Anthony Hopkins reasons. I love how it looks, squinty shots ftw. The characters are all awesome, the Asgardians and humans alike. It sort of surprised me with how good it actually was. Also Coulson and OMFG HAWKEYE CAMEO reasons 8D
