I don't think we're in Kansas anymore.
So the promised insane winds arrived during the night. Schools, nurseries and now the council buildings are shut. I feel like everyone has forgotten the 100mph PLUS winds in May and we didn't get closures! I get it though. Bobsey posted on his fb that he had to cling to a lamp post when he was walking to work so you could imagine the kids would literally be flying XD I've also felt my house shake before but its been constant all morning. Also when my mum opened to the door to let Nicholas' gran in, the loft hatch flew up :S
I've been helping at panto and its making me really really miss it. I wish I was on the stage so bad :( Its even worse because its the last panto in the old theatre. The new on is being built and its exciting but *sniffs* I'll miss the guild. A couple of nights though I've been on the stage technically. Karen gave me one of her Punch and Judy puppets so I've been inside this giant parcel being Judy and laughing out asses off XD
Today I'm just staying in my PJs and cuddled up in bed. I was thinking of venturing to the bank, but I'll just leave that til when the weather is better.
