I made a couple changes, tho - I make sure the pan I'm baking the chicken in is wrapped w/ tinfoil to keep the chicken moist. I also just use however much salsa/cheese I feel like instead of measuring it.

I've made that, it's not exactly few ingredients but it is pretty cheap and delicious. Makes a crapload of leftovers, too.

this was good, too, tho I didn't really taste a lot of the garlic despite using 6 cloves!? I hand-crushed the garlic which may have been the problem. I also mixed in some parmesean cheese (just the cheap-o stuff, I am too cheap to buy fresh) with the breadcrumbs.

I made this last night and it's super delicious, too, and incredibly easy.

if you havent been, definitely use allrecipes. They have an awesome search function that lets you find recipes based on ingredients you have on you, and what you don't want in it. I make something off there ~3 times a week usually.
