Explosions in the sky on dramamine
I love my brother.
I convinced him to go to IHOP and Wal-Mart with me so I could get out of the apartment and now I feel much better. I had the Torchwood soundtrack playing and he goes "What the hell is this?" and I told him and his reaction was "It sounds like explosions in the sky on dramamine" I just thought it was a funny way of describing it...even if I'm not quite sure what he meant by it.
Then, I was explaining to him about firearm!kinks (yes...slightly awkward discussion topic with one's younger brother...but he brought it up) and I told him about the gorgeous guy in Wal-Mart last night who was buying shotgun shells and suddenly my brother was going "Oh yeah...you buy them shells. Load 'em up. Slam 'em in. Fire away." and my only thought was "oh god my brother has a gun!kink too!" It was awkward, yet hilarious and my night got a little better.
