1. Lost in the woods - In the literal sense. Especially if they're being chased and one or both of them are injured. Huddling together for warmth may be a matter of life and death...
2. Psychic bonds - Telepathic or empathic are equally nice. Soulmates make me happy.
3. Bruises and other wounds - LOVE sex scenes where bruises get tender kisses. Scars, too. Even tender care to bruises/wounds without sex makes me happy.
4. Amnesia - Especially in established relationships where there's awkwardness over whether or not to reveal the relationship to the amnesiac character. And the amnesiac character tries to make sense of their feelings...and maybe makes the first move...
5. Sharing a sleeping space - Could be sharing a bed or falling asleep under the stars together or just passing out on a couch. Awkward cuddling as bonus.
