apparently I need to take nearly 100 hours worth of vacation time for myself in order to bring my vacation balance into a range that will not over-burden my employer with the expense of holding resources for vacation pay. I have no idea how I'm going to do this.

Probably the best suggestion for me so far.

It is what my dad does when he has too much vacation. It would be even better if you could wait until it is warmer out to do it. I would be so jealous if you had 3 day weekends all summer.

Do you have the option to cash out your vacation time? If so, take the cash!!! If not, take a couple weeks off and sit at home and watch movies in your jammies all day!
