Personality:
In Ven's journal on Birth by Sleep, Isa is described as thus: A serene and self-possessed boy who always has time for a quick quip at his best friend Lea's expense. This tells you that Isa is very confident in his own abilities, and very slow to anger. He has a calm head on his shoulders, and is also rather laid back in comparison to his Nobody.
While he will constantly tease Lea when given the opportunity, such as when Lea loses to Ven in Birth by Sleep, he is still shown as being extremely loyal. He spends every moment on screen with his friend, comments that he could never forget Lea, and Days reveals that, upon first becoming Nobodies, he and Lea--then Axel--join the Organization at the same time with a secret plan under their belts. This mimics their plan to enter the castle in Radiant Garden for an unknown reason in a way. They seem to do almost everything together.
He is shown as also prioritizing better than Lea. When they first are shown, Lea stops to have a match with Ventus. Isa points out quite quickly that they don't have the time for this, but still stands aside and allows Lea to mess around with Ven showing that he is quite a lot more flexible than his Nobody would eventually become.
He is also willing to be honest with his friend, however, and points out that Lea lost and quickly points out that Lea made a fool of himself. While it is in a somewhat joking manner (calling Lea a loser, lame and laughable) the point is still there. This, combined with the ending cinematics where he and Lea are captured and thrown out of the Castle, show that he is also willing to accept the consequences of his actions quite easily.
A vast difference from his Nobody, however, is that he is far more laid back. He makes a joke about Lea when he loses, cracks a joke, laughs, and then playfully comments that Lea is obnoxious. In the ending cinematics, he and Lea also get sea salt ice cream to share.
Extra:
Character Abilities: Isa is really kinda mundane, and really only has his metal baseball bat. He can use it to fight if he absolutely has to, but you can be sure he’ll be running before fighting unless Lea’s in trouble.
Possessions: His metal baseball bat
Anything else: Nothing, really, except that he lacks the scar that his Nobody has.
