Holy. Crap. Body Pump + step right afterwards = SO TIRED!!!
First solo BP class + new step combos + new shoes = worst idea ever! Brain overload and sore feet! When we finally got to the step cooldown, I actually said to my class, "Thank god, something familiar!"

Don't get me wrong, I had fun. But now my quads feel kind of like they are made of marshmallows. SO. SORE. I hope this schedule is something my body will eventually adjust to!
