The Mental State
I walked so I could hit 7000 steps for the day. If I'd not gone to the grocery store and been able to walk earlier, I would have gone for 3 miles on the treadmill to hit 12,000 steps. But the grocery store is important, too. Plus, I walked down the 8 flights of steps at work today instead of taking the elevator.
Also, I measured my blood sugar before dinner (96), 1 hour after dinner (148), and 2 hours after dinner (134). These are all really good numbers! It means I've been making healthy choices in general, and my dinner was a good choice, too. This is the first time I haven't been upset by the blood sugar reading, I think.
