Snow in Paris!!
The most unforgettable moments are the unplanned ones...
Like walking out of the metro station yesterday night at 1am to see snow falling on the arc de triomphe and the beautiful champs elysée!! My first snowfall in Paris this year..i felt like a kid, it was so thrilling, to see snow in Paris..it does not happen often, and never so early. Was supposed to meet frenchie at the metro to go to a party...i did not find him so walked in the snow for a little while, hearing people shouting "Il neige!!" (It's snowing!) and screaming like kids. I found Frenchie finally; he was covered in snow and all wet cuz he just cycled for half and hour in the snow... It was so romantic to be in the snow with the blue christmas lights twinkling. This is a moment i will not forget...my Paris snow moment on the Champs. Makes me dream of a white christmas, and also skiing...
Meanwhile i am saddened to read about the singaporean lawyer who fell after being taken hostage in mumbai. My thoughts are with her family. Jessie i am so glad you are safe.....i can't imagine how it must be like for you...hope you and your friends are ok. HUGS.
