Well not sure who can help I think a lot of people have moved onto other fandom's and while a new transformers movie is coming out soon without the original cast minus the transformers themselves I know I'm not as excited to see it

I just want to send you a very soft Internet hug because I know exactly how you feel and I've been feeling alone in the fandom recently too. ;) I usually come back to beexsam with a vengeance every time I rewatch the first movie, but I usually come back to an empty house, haha. :) I'm not very excited for the fourth movie either, although I haven't really been excited for the movies since I was so sorely disappointed by the second. I just cling to the first. I don't recognize that fic you're looking for, but I'll link you to some of my faves. (Although, you might have read all of them. Not like there's a huge freakin world of fic to pick and choose from. :)

Keelywolfe's "Human" series is pretty much required reading. I'll always go back and read that one when I need a quick fix! Not complete nor updated for at least a year or two, but there still remain 50+ chapters of just perfect interactions and a lot of holo!sex. "Combustion" (and its unfinished sequel, "Ignition") by Atlantia is a good read! The characters aren't quite like themselves, but I still recommend it. Sam's kind of infected by the Allspark and is due to die by it, and the story unfolds from there. Equally parts hot and intense and dramatic. https://www.fanfiction.net/s/3647391/1/Combustion

Morgan O'Connor's "Dance With the Devil" is basically, Sam becomes an Autobot hybrid due to Allspark radiation. -------------------- IN CONCLUSION. Those are the ones I've bookmarked! I recommend just clicking randomly through the tags in this comm. You'll always turn up something new. :) I also like AO3. There's some other comms at lj that put out newsletters and the like for activity in Transformers fandom as a whole, but a lot of it goes over your head if you're limited like me to knowledge of the movies. ;)
