More on Bee and Wifi (little OT)
Sorry, no second part of my fic yet (maybe tonight?) - I just wanted to post a little info about Bee actually using his "wifi". ^_^ It's in the prequel graphic novel, and I'm willing to scan a few pages once I get home from Chicago.
Plenty of proto-form Bee at the beginning, a bit with Arcee, who didn't make it to the movie (but her toy is available). Twelve year old Sam... (how old is Sam in the movie - a junior? So 16-17?)
Actual use of the wifi shows Bee in Camaro form pulling up outside an internet café in St. Louis. Multiple search windows 'appear' between the front seats and dash-panel, each listing different info. The search engine Bee is using is called 'Shwiggle' - has the option of 'I'm feeling shwiggly!'... ^_^ So, canonical reference for a little interesting projection. (and oh dear, just imagine if he pulled up a few things to show Sam at random)
As far as clearing up a few plotholes/unexplained things, the graphic novel is fairly decent. The art is pretty good (though Bee-as-a-Camaro seems strangely down-scaled -- 1970's cars were fairly tankish in size) too.
I need to spend more time commenting on all the amazing work being posted here. This community is utterly made of win on a daily basis.
