Moving?
I'm going to be making a call to my landlord in an hour or so requesting that our year lease be changed to a month to month. We need more space and this apartment is just a little too small. Not to mention that:
- She hasn't cashed our rent checks in 4 MONTHS
- There has been constant construction going on that was supposed to end manths ago
- We've told her that the construction workers splashed concrete on our door which causes it not to shut all the way and she hasnt done a DAMN thing
- The construction workers take our parking space that we pay for
- We've missed mail deliveries because of the construction
- They ripped out our doorstep for a week without telling us. It was replaced with rebar and flimsy wood.
- The construction debret is piled up on our balcony
I found an ADORABLE cottage in Felton:
- It's a stand-alone cottage in a redwoods cottage community on 8.5 acres of land.
- There's a private bridge that leads right into Henry Cowell Park,
- The cottage has a jacuzzi bathtub (love)
- 1 Bedroom
- 1 Small Loft (Chris' music studio / Office ?)
- Allows cats and dogs
- Onsite laundry
- Covered front porch
