Dear Jen
Two lessons learned this weekend and it's just the middle of Saturday!
1. No more rated R movies. That little sensitive spot in your soul cannot handle "brutal, graphic violence." It's not worth the nightmares. Embrace your inner movie snob and know that your time is much better spent on creative pursuits then mentally ingesting crap. You wouldn't feed your mouth rotting garbage...why feed your soul that bile? Stop. It. Already. (If you MUST see something or are curious about it: read the reviews.) Reading makes you smarter. Graphic, horrible, junky movies kill your soul.
2. Grocery shopping on the weekends is murder. Add 100 degree weather and it's a nightmare. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER? No amount of time saved this week is worth the heartache, frustration, and strain on yourself, your home life, and your marriage simply because you're out of cow's milk. Carve out time Monday morning and make no more excuses to sit down and plan out the life YOU want. There is nothing that you+pot of coffee can't accomplish. You don't need "help" you need a plan.
It's time to grab life by the balls. Don't rely...thrive and make the effort.
The only person you can completely count on is You.
