If 'we' were without consequences... Life would be a hell of a lot more fun. The consequence for jumping out of a plane with no parachute is death, but if death is a consequence, and we have no consequences, we'd be defying death and physics and we'd get ot enjoy what no other living soul on the planet could live to tell about. No matter what it was. Rob a bank, eat 14,000 gallons of ice cream and not die or get fat... or get a brainfreeze... Life would be totally awesome without consequences.

I kind of figured I'd drive you to deathly curiosity, but... I don't think I've quite got it down yet. It's a risk I'd love to take, I just have excruciatingly high hopes thst the outcome would be in my favor... and I'm not sure if it would be or not... thus far, I fear not, so I'll have to wait a bit longer. It's the kind of risk that gives you a pit in your stomach and you become psychosomatically ill about it. And if you ever find out, you might kinda laugh at how such a simple thing can get me all twisted up. ... So, perhaps later dear. Though I kind of wonder about your powers of deduction... meh.
