Dear New Zealand,

Please learn to use the fucking internet. Every website I've used with a .nz suffix is organized in a stunningly counterintuitive fashion. At first I thought it was just Lincoln, but then I tried to navigate the New Zealand Herald website and it was similarly unimpressive. I swear they must be trying to make it impossible to find information. There is no 'contact us' link on the front page of the IT Department webpage. Once you find a 'contact us' link, after browsing through an FAQ that would be helpful only to an ostrich, it's broken. That's right, the IT Department of a major university can't maintain a functional website. Additionally, none of the IT Staff have their emails listed, probably so no disgruntled students can contact them about how profoundly retarded they are.

These people do computers FOR A LIVING.

Also, the Lincoln email client has literally no system for sorting emails, not even by date received. If I have more than one page of stored emails, I have to go through all of them because a new email is as likely to be on the third page as the first.

Good job guys.
Love,
Xoe
