They think it's all over...
...it is now!
Well I can no longer hide behind the title of "student" anymore. I've official joined the ranks of the unemployed (eurgh).
As you may have guessed, yesterday was my graduation.
The day went pretty smoothly. I managed not to tuck my gown into my pants nor did I trip and knock the Dean over so all in all I class that as a win! Though I did get lumbered with a comedy large cap! Apparently the cap that I had ordered was still in the graduation before ours so I got a comedy large one with a shit load of hair grips. No major mishaps ensued, there was a slightly hairy moment when I nodded to the Vice-Chancellor but it remained just about in place...just. And if the precarious positioning of my cap wasn't exciting enough, Geoffrey Boycott was awarded his honorary doctorate during my ceremony! Cue major excitement from all of the Dad's and male partners! I gave my camera to my Dad during the proceedings and I swear I have more pics of Geoffrey than anything else!
