PARTY WEEKEND: OVER
so we finally had this US wedding reception this weekend, only a year and five months after the actual wedding. other than the unrelenting torrential downpour, the party really went off without a hitch. we had a lot of people helping, and much credit is owed to them. my mother insisted that we have a professional photographer, but those photos won't come back to us for weeks. stuart took a scant few pictures between drinks, so here they are!
(by the way, the brown stuff all over my hands and arms is henna. my sister's co-worker decked me out pakistani bride style.)

uh back at the "honeymoon suite" (yeah, you read right... not my decision, but it was hilarious!), lucy and adrian were uh, they were pretty drunk, i'm not gonna lie to you. there may or may not have been a jacuzzi in the middle of the room. okay, there was. there was a jacuzzi in the middle of the room.
