Long Time No See
Hey. I haven't been alive enough to talk on the LJ but now I have just enough livelyhood and enough boredom to do so.
Yesterday....Amazing yet incredibly tiring. It started off with SAT's! YAY! Then went to the 9 hour Band Festival. We practice for a long time and I was going crazy trying to get all the flags we needed. Oh Band Room....hehe. The we went to go practice with the band which was more like craziness with the pole and everything. Then rushing around to get to chorus on time to actually sing. That was fun...I was sweating my balls off. The band competition itself was actually amazing. I only got to see like 1.5 bands perform. Union with the beastly guard, and Glen Ridge. I love Glen Ridge. It was so cute because I was sitting with Trisha and one of the hockey boys comes over and is like "Hey Vickie's little sister!" Cuteness. i couldn't believe it. Then there was lots of running around and lots of drama, flirting, talking, dancing, and random wondering. I didn't get to excort my band because I had to give out an award...Oh wait I didn't. That was sad. I was walking over to give the band there trohpy and they weren't there. But that's okay because we had fun times. Then At the second awards, my band was actually there! YAY!
Verona performed and we were amazing. The flags weren't going to do part 3 because we didn't know it but I was really pissed off because I worked my butt off all week in order to learn it and I wasn't going to sit out. So only like 3 of us did it. Which was nice. During the actual performance, I almost got kicked in the face a couple of times, hit with a 10 foot pole, and hit with a couple of flags. Nice. But we performed really well and I was happy.
Then after we were done I went to Pilgrim with Brian, Allison Smart, Katie, Ana, Kristie, Adam, and Gabby. The waitress was kinda mean and bitchy and we were being loud so we almost got kicked out but we decided to leave before that happened. But all in all I had a fun time.
Maybe a little too much time because I slept till 11:15 when I'm supposed to be at work at 11:00....woops.
So Friday was schooling too. Then after school I finally got my cd from Davey. YAY! thanks davey! Then the football game that I really didn't have to go to but I wanted to anyways. It was fun. The band played Lions in the 3rd quarter because we were wet and wanted to leave. I stepped in so many puddles on the way out that my pants were like falling down. Hehe. But after that I came home and went to bed. I love my bed. hmm I'm going to go lay down now. Love ya!
