I fly into New England tomorrow and drive the rest of the way to InfiddleVestCorp’s North-East data center to begin prep for system moves this weekend. Bound to be some long nights but the previous work done by my group there has gone smooth, so I hope for more of the same.
I will be seizing this opportunity to smuggle beer back into Texas. My beer cellar is kind of sparse these days. The 18 pack of Lone Star doesn’t count. I’ll be bringing a spare bag since American Airlines allows two pieces of luggage. ;>
Don't Feed The Raccoons
It turns out that it was my neighbor with the Vegan Voodoo Offering but - it was to feed a raccoon that was on the patio. Photographic evidence was submitted. Entertaining/Interesting anyway the melon was sliced. I can now sleep easy at night.
Restless and Wild
If you loved the German metal band known as Accept, you’ll like U.D.O., which is lead by Accept’s former singer, Udo Dirkschneider. The new CD, Mastercutor contains some good metal tracks [though mostly paint-by-the-number…] but, its Udo’s tailor made for metal, ugly voice that keeps dragging me back. They’ve even got a double-bass power metal track.
