Back alive in Dallas. Sunday, I got to bed by 02:30. Slept late yesterday and today. Steak and beers Sunday.
The migration should've been over with by 16:00 but there were many issues to work through which I'll detail sometime this week.
Tales of incompetence, half-assery, bad documentation, poor planning by the overworked. Glorious.
Much better beer haul this time around. Two bottles of the Founder's Breakfast stout. Almost half are Carolina breweries.
B.Nektar's mead is the cherries and chipotle version. Need to schedule a tasting soon.
