I went to Tuesday's class and found that it's over 15 years too late for this material to be “timely” to me.
I know where I want to be and it depends on Baby-boomers retiring/dying/sick and
a better stock market [ha!] fueling their retirement.

“Altruistic”. That's what I said. My group didn't know how to pronounce or spell it when we had to put up
characteristics of what we want in a manager. Though I did define the term, they still went on to say
things that fell under the word -altruistic. This affirmed an escape plan formed 15 minutes into the session.
The session went on till 5pm. I left at 3:30pm.
