05142011 Day 6 of Captivity
No calls and I slept late...soooo nice. Except for Scotcharina texting early then calling later to kill time at the
airport during business travel. Going to have to explain my love of sleep to my love.
On the Beer Front
The Belgian Tea Party at Common Table didn't excite but free beer and some schwag from a
brewer makes for happy, happy, joy, joy.
Our slow motion revolving door visit to Katy Trail Ice House lasted seven minutes. This place is the flash in the pan everyone's
told us about: Masserati, Porshe, Austin Martin's being valet parked -all the craft beer will be gone within six months.
This crowd doesn't have good taste, just expensive -which is different.
Quarterly outage tonight -software change-a-rama, which means EVERYTHING will be reset -weirdness will ensue
and my phone is apt to ring. Such is life...
Now to bide my time until the machines call me to say they’re broken.
