Let’s Party Like It’s 1759
The 1759 Society kicked off the new year with a Trinity Hall pint refresher course. The pub was about half full and
the staff delivered the pints almost as quick as we'd ordered them. I've also never seen our table so full of plates of food,
I guess munchie fever is contagious.
Official Party Business
Good turnout of regular members with plenty of vitamin G[uinness] consumed along with the Foreign Export Stout -great stuff.
We're going to have to up the activities during the meetings as some of the stats are lacking.
Most important is that next month is the society's anniversary which means a pour-your-own pint station. All comers are welcome
as this is great fun. The Guinness rep usually comes out and there is swag/trinkets to be had.
