Cold Press: Heavy Food and Dark Beer
This year passed so quickly[I know it's still November], it’s almost depressing. Now grimness pours into Dallas
-cold weather but the signals of winter’s arrival started with the seasonal beers while the days were still warm[it can change in an hour].
For the record, I don’t like most xmas or holiday beers. Darker the better but I can usually do without the spice, unless it’s a Belgian ale,
then I let it slide.
Colder temperatures also increase my appetite for German food. Time to visit the fine people at Jorg’s and my neighborhood spot,
Henk’s European Deli. The crew is also overdue on hitting Edelwiess in Funky Town.
