I know a lot of folks use
del.icio.us, but as a pretty dedicated Firefox user I'm getting the most mileage from
Google Browser Synch. It will synchronize not just bookmarks but history, cookies, and saved passwords... it even keeps track of which tabs/windows you had opened last. And it's customizable (if, say, you want to synch bookmarks but nothing else).
The cons: it's Firefox only and doesn't have any "social" aspect. And, of course, any paramoia you have about storing this information on a central server. (One must ask what they are getting out of the deal...)
