I've always been the easy kill.

Let's have a week in review shall we?

- Last weekend our electricity went out because of high winds. We had no heat, we were freezing so we thought, "Hey, let's go pick up Seth and gamble our savings away at Mohegan Sun!" We lost all of our money but we were warm the entire time doing it. 48 hours later our electricity came on and we rejoiced in 20th century ingenuity.

- Cut to Tuesday. Here I am. Stopped in front on my office. Left directional blinking. Waiting for southbound traffic to pass. Everything's hunky dory. Lalalala. Then, BLAM! SLAM! ALAKAZAM! A car hits me from behind. It's all a blur. I somehow prevent my Blazer from going into oncoming traffic, grab my cell phone, and quickly get the fuck out. The other driver was traveling about 50 mph so you can guess how bad the damage is. Our car is totaled. I had to go to the hospital and get x-rays. No broken bones! Now I'm entrenched in claims hell. Oh well at least it's not my fault.

- Yesterday we saw Sarah Harmer at the Stone Church. She writes the songs that make the whole world sing. She did a cover of The Weakerthans' Left and Leaving that made me want to hike up my skirt a little more and show my world to you. And this time I mean it.

- We bought a dining table at Target for only $27.99. It was marked down 90%.

- Whatever happened to predictability? The milkman, the paperboy, and evening ass rapings?
