Guitar Hero
I still see the damn notes!
I suppose I have Darren to thank for this. He intorduced Aaron to the PS2 Guitar Hero and let him borrow it. So today I spent a good portion of the day and night playing the game. It is by far one of the most addictive games in creation. Even more than Dance Dance Revolution. I mean it got to the point that when I looked away from the tv, I saw things shifting upwards. And if I close my eyes I can still see the stupid grid that gives you the notes. This of course is in addition to "More than a feeling," the song I was last trying to get through (on medium. I finished the game on easy).
I think I also gave myself carpal tunnel from playing so much today. My hand may be disfigured. What's sad is that I think I may have to go to Aaron's tomorrow just to play. Not to see him, or spend time with him. No, none of that sappy nonsense, nope, just to beat that frickin song. At least I got past the Franz Ferdinand song with a decent score and a lot of cursing.
I'll probably have nightmares about angry, multi-colored notes flying at me while people boo me from a distance.
