Mechanics
Why is it that few mechanics actually call you back when they tell you they will? So far the motorcycle mechanic has said he will call me Tuesday, then Wednesday and then Thursday morning at the latest. Yeah, I called them to see if there is at least an estimate. I was told they haven't really gotten to it yet and that they will know next week... "Midweek, at the latest."
I have a strange feeling that I am not even going to get a call until the end of next week, perhaps the beginning of the following. Sigh this is annoying as all hell. I hate it when they do this. But why does this happen? I understand every now and then things will happen that are unexpected and take longer to fix, sure, whatever. But all the time? Jesus! Next time I am going to have Aaron call them. Perhaps a person with a penis will get results or straight answers form a mechanic.
