Where Did AdultSean Go?
Who deleted AdultSean?
Such a mystery......
Woke up yesterday with a couple of chat screens open on my pc monitor screen. One from babie_cuz telling me she understood if it was me who had removed her from AS and the other from fabjacuzzi asking if I was alright.
I went to the Yahoo groups page and clicked on the AdultSean link and to my surprise and disappointment found the group "No Longer Existed".
I first answered babie_cuz. I don't know her very well but Carol had dragged her into the mess. For what reason I don't know. babie_cuz seemed to think that Carol was counting on her to bang some heads together. But that's not babie_cuz's style. And even though she and Carol are good friends she just didn't strike me as the type of person who would let herself get used that way or that would agree to inconvenience and disappoint a lot of people by deleting their group without warning.
Now I know that it has been posted on a few other groups (of course where I am not member) by Carol that I did this. And it's easy to sling mud at people in places where they can't defend themselves. But why would I do that? I had already risked priviledges of ownership of the group I was loving and working so hard to build by taking her to task for her rude behavior to the members. I could've removed her from the group myself but that isn't what fair and thoughtful people do. Why would anyone do that?
I contacted Yahoo Customer Care and this is the reply I recieved:

So a mystery indeed. I didn't do it and babie_cuz didn't do it and Carol says she didn't do it.....so who did? There were only three owners listed when I last checked the group's moderators section about 8pm Wednesday night. I kept checking because babie_cuz had told me that Carol's plans were to remove me and keep her there in my place. I finally decided all of the grief just wasn't healthy so I went on a no mail status and planned to deal with it Thursday morning.
But....since Yahoo is only able to tell me that the "other" owner deleted the group it does clear my name.
I just wanted to post this and clear the air. I know it wasn't me (and now have documentation to prove that) who did this and I am so sorry to everyone who was a member that all of this happened. I just couldn't stand by and let the nastiness go on. But this is the last I have to say about any of it. It's done and it is in no way a unique situation in these groups. I just really hate that it happened.
So....why would anyone do this? Makes you think. Doesn't it?
