Beauty behind the Darkness
And of course now it's become clear to me
that the end is inevitable
Running away towards that black endless sky
is more than a mere escape for me
It's my calling, it's my eternity
to be sentenced to this imprisonment
call it what you must
but it's the only thing that's in the least
subsiding
This to me is beauty
Raw, unearthed, even kind
But, at the very least hurtful
If you can't understand, even if I can not
Then just realize that it's not meant to be understood
It's meant to be lived. Lives are to be lived.
Words are to be spoken. Love is to be set free.
