I donated blood today. It was so cool! I'm absolutely terrified of needles. I almost cried, and I do mean that. I started tearing up when the nurse was applying the iodine. But I did it! I feel so accomplished! I am intoxicated with an overabundant sense of self worth! I saved someone's life today (Well, almost. I will have saved someone's life as a result of today.) Yay! Yay for actually making a positive difference for one person somewhere out there.
