Artwork QuickyBang 2019-1, the second: Mary & Azazel!

Of course I had to grab another awesome ficlet in this round of the quicky_bang! I claimed a story featuring Mary Winchester and a twist on the origine of the Supernatural canon. My artwork turned out to be a bit on the conceptual side I think, but I was commited to my first idea and even though I struggled to pull the whole piece together, I had fun fiddling

OMG this is AMAZING! I love the colors of the fire against the silhouettes of Dean holding Sam, and the horrified expression on Mary’s face framed in the window equally with Azazel’s cold, menacing presence overtaking the whole scene! Wow! I love your description of your process, how finding Dean’s perspective helped shape the piece. This is all I could have wished for when I submitted this piece, and more. Thank you for bringing my little fic to life with so much intensity and passion! I’m overwhelmed!

This is beautiful artwork, I love seeing your process, and I don't know of anyone else who uses your methods, your artwork is always so unique and stunning. Mary's face is perfect, as is the silhouette of Dean holding baby Sam, aw!

Oh wow, that looks really cool! I love Marys white shilouette in the window frame. The picture has such a moving, alive quality, with the design and the color, it's really like it's almost on fire. Really awesome!
(I'm not on lj a lot anymore, but bb claims brought me to my claims feed and this popped up!)
