Haha, already forgot what I told myself yesterday and procrastinated all through the day until I could finally drag myself away from the computer for what turned out to be a very short work-out. Oh, why didn't I do it right away this morning, I'll never learn. *rolls eyes at self*
Chapter 58 (spoilers for exercises and story)
The final show down in Pandora is getting closer; everybody is helping to finish building the war machine to fight The Harvest.
Exercises are tougher than they looked (and would have been easier to do if I hadn't been sitting down for hours *sighs*) The squat/calf raise combo is not a problem, but the 20-count squat hold right after that is torture on my thighs! I opt for 10 push-ups (Level 1), because that's about the maximum I can manage in one go, and I need to stretch before I continue with the shoulder taps. The plank hold following that is hard, but I make it, pfew.
I manage three sets before I return to the internet;)
