you know what the problem with this world is? we spend all of our time focusing on the next thing ahead. why cant we live in the present?? you go into a store, it's like t hanksgiving and christmas stuff is up. i agree with "preparing for t he future" but not to t he extent that we do. its disgusting. we cant enjoy what we have. right now, we like to think abt who we might marry what we might do when we're older, but then once the time comes, it won't even matter to us. it'll matter, but it won't be sucha big deal anymore. the same way we used to think about i dunno...hs, applying to college, graduation, being a senior, what college we would go to, maybe what hs we would go to or what we'd be like in hs. now that we're there...it's just a part of our daily struggle. and that's sad. i want to be able to think about getting married, then be 27 and have it be all that i thought about.
